Kathrina is an assistant professor of education at Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota, guiding pre-service teachers to use research and evidence-based best practices in literacy instruction.

She will be serving as a Fulbright Roving Scholar in Norway during the 2025-2026 academic year.
